Changelog

What's shipped in Agreemnt, most recent first. We're a small team building fast - this is the real list, not a highlight reel.

  1. Export or permanently delete your data

Download a full copy of everything Agreemnt holds for your organisation, or permanently delete your account and all its data - from Settings > Privacy, any time, the same rights our privacy policy has always promised, now a click instead of an email.

  2. Sign in with Apple

Continue with Apple joins Google and Microsoft as a one-click way to sign in or sign up - no password to create or remember.

  3. IR35 reads get smarter over time

Once you've corrected an IR35 assessment for a contractor, Agreemnt remembers it - any factor a later contract with the same contractor doesn't address gets filled in from your correction instead of coming back unclear.

  4. Send any contract for signature

Not just renewals - send any contract out for a real signature, drawn or typed, and get a signed PDF with a certificate of completion back the moment it's accepted.

  5. Public API & API keys

Read and write your own contracts from your own scripts or tools - generate an API key from Settings and integrate Agreemnt into whatever you already use.

  6. Personal notification preferences

Turn off the renewal digest or critical-deadline alerts for just your own account, without changing what the rest of your team sees.

  7. Promo codes at checkout

Enter a promotion code on the checkout page for a discount or a free period - no need to contact us first.

  8. Calendar feed for renewals

Subscribe to a single URL from Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar and always see your live renewal and notice-period deadlines, kept up to date automatically.

  9. Two-factor authentication

Turn on authenticator-app two-factor login for your own account, on any plan, on top of however you already sign in.

  10. Contract change history

Every contract now has its own timeline of who changed what and when - field edits, status changes, and ownership reassignment, all in one place.

  11. Bulk actions on your contracts list

Select several contracts at once to reassign the owner or dismiss flags in one go, alongside the bulk archive and export you already had.

  12. Contract templates

Save a reusable set of terms - a standard NDA's notice period, your usual referral-fee structure - as a template, then start a new contract already pre-filled from it.

  13. Outbound webhooks

Point Agreemnt at your own endpoint, or a Zapier/Make.com webhook, and get notified the moment a contract is created, flagged as risky, or due for renewal.

  14. Enterprise SSO/SAML login

Teams on the Enterprise plan can connect their own identity provider - Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and others - so teammates sign in the way their company already requires.

  15. Real e-signatures on renewals

Every renewal you send now gets signed for real - drawn or typed - and the acceptance comes back as a proper signed PDF with a certificate of completion, at no extra cost.

  16. Usage milestones

A quiet celebration the first time you cross a real milestone - total contracts on file, or total annual commitment value tracked.

  17. Bulk file export

Download the original documents for every contract matching your current filters, all at once, as a single .zip.

  18. Smarter Google Drive imports

Connecting Drive now shows a rough estimate of how long your first import will take, and emails you the moment it's actually done - no need to keep the tab open.

  19. CSV export

Export your contracts list as a CSV, respecting whatever search and filters you've currently got applied - ready for a spreadsheet or straight to your accountant.

  20. Act on flagged contracts straight from email

The "a few contracts need a quick look" email now has Confirm and Archive buttons built in - no need to sign in first to deal with it.

  21. Contract health score

Every contract gets a 0–100 health score on the list and its own page, plus a clear breakdown of exactly what's holding it back from 100 - with a one-click fix where there is one.

  22. VAT-aware totals

Contract values now clearly separate what's excluded from VAT, so your totals are never accidentally inflated by tax that was never really part of the commitment.

  23. Vendor & counterparty directory

A dedicated page for every supplier and client you deal with - every contract you've got with them in one place, searchable, with support for a shorter or friendlier display name.

  24. Internal notes on contracts

Leave a note on any contract, visible to your whole team, for context extraction alone can't capture.

  25. Guided onboarding checklist

New accounts get a short, dismissible checklist pointing at the handful of things worth doing first.

  26. Manual contract entry

No file for a contract? Type the details in directly and it behaves just like any other contract on file.

  27. Correct a contract by hand, safely

Edit any extracted field directly on a contract - re-processing it with AI later will never quietly overwrite your correction again.

  28. A cleaner way in

Upload, forward by email, or connect Google Drive - all from one consolidated "add contracts" page, with honest empty states instead of a blank screen.

  29. Hide the noise by default

Superseded versions, unsigned drafts, and referral/affiliate deals are hidden from your default contracts view - each just one checkbox away when you actually want to see them.

  30. The review gate

A contract whose key date looks off - already passed, or a likely duplicate of one you've already got - is held back from sending an alert until you've had a quick look, so you're never chasing a false alarm.

  31. Delayed-start pricing & variable costs

A contract with an introductory free period, or costs that vary by usage rather than a fixed fee, is now represented properly instead of forced into one misleading number.

  32. Smarter contract classification

Referral/affiliate deals and consultant/employee agreements are now recognised and kept in their own area, and supplier-vs-client detection got substantially more accurate.

  33. Recognises your own company

Agreemnt learns your company's name - and any former or trading names you tell it - so it never mistakes your own organization for the other party in your own contract.

  34. Choose what Drive watches

Point the daily Drive check at specific folders instead of your whole Drive - faster to run, and a lot cheaper on a large account.

  35. Privacy: skip employee contracts

An opt-in setting so employment and consultancy agreements for individuals are never stored at all.

  36. Reprocess with one click

Fix or improve how contracts are read, then reprocess everything at once to catch every contract it affects - not just the ones you happened to notice.

  37. NDA & signature awareness

NDAs are recognised and excluded automatically, and every contract gets an honest "Unsigned" status rather than being treated as a live commitment before it's actually signed.

  38. Ask, in plain English

Ask a plain-English question across every contract on file and get a direct, cited answer - not just a document search.

  39. Google Drive import

Connect Google Drive once and Agreemnt reads new contracts automatically, every day, from then on - or pull specific files in immediately.

  40. Forward-by-email intake

Forward a contract to your organization's own Agreemnt address and it's read and added automatically, no upload required.

  41. Dashboard

What you're paying out and what you're being paid, risk flags, an upcoming-renewals timeline, and your top counterparties, all in one place.

  42. AI contract reading

Upload a contract and Agreemnt reads it in moments - parties, value, key dates, notice periods, auto-renewal terms, and a plain-English summary.

  43. Teams & organizations

Invite your team, assign an owner to each contract, and choose how often you get a digest of what's coming up.
